$stars and stripes and drops: I placed a US flag behind the garden, and put a large piece of blue insulation behind the flag. While they look like candy-cane water drops, they are actually refracting the flag behind them ( the drop serves as a lens so the image appears upside down and backwards) Happy 4th!$
